The Savannah Bananas, a professional baseball team that has become a worldwide sensation for their entertaining style of play, will make their Globe Life Field debut on Sept. 25-27, 2026. The visit, which will include three games against the Texas Tailgaters, was announced along with the rest of the 2026 Banana Ball World Tour. One game will be played on each date, and game times will be announced at a later date.
The games will take place during the final weekend of MLB’s 2026 regular season, with the Texas Rangers scheduled to play a three-game road series against the Minnesota Twins during that time.
The Bananas are the pioneers of a fan-involved and fast-paced style of baseball called “Banana Ball,” which features unique rules such as no bunting or walks, fans catching foul balls for outs, and a two-hour time limit. The team recently finished its 2025 Banana Ball World Tour, which included sold-out games at some of the country’s most iconic sports venues.
Globe Life Field will offer a limited number of premium lower concourse tickets for each of the three games. This allotment of tickets will go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Oct. 21 at GlobeLifeField.com/bananas.
Fans interested in presale access have two options:
