Mansfield students earn honors at state HOSA contest

Twenty-three Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) participated in state competition April 3-5 in Galveston. Seven of those students will advance to international competition in Houston on June 26.

Every student placed in the top 10 at the state competition.

HOSA is a global student-led organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services and several federal and state agencies.

HOSA’s mission is to empower future health professionals to become leaders in the global health community, through education, collaboration and experience.
