Melkin Yancarlos Ulloa was arrested for unlawfully carrying a weapon in the 2000 block of Ragland Road.

A Milwaukee cordless tool kit, Milwaukee cordless bandsaw, Milwaukee cordless hammer drill, Milwaukee cordless grinder and assorted Rigid hand tools were reported stolen from a white 2008 Chevrolet Express in the 4600 block of Valleyview Drive, totaling $2,200 in loss.
Consumable goods were reported stolen in the 2900 block of Matlock Road, totaling $99.16 in loss.
Lamont Montrel Levels Ray was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open container in the 100 block of West Dallas Street.
Justin Wayne Koldan was arrested for manual delivery of a contolled substance in the 2700 block of East Broad Street.
