Mansfield ISD made it on the 2021 Forbes list for America’s Best-in-State Employers. For the state of Texas, MISD was in the top 70.

Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to pinpoint the organizations liked best by employees of America’s best employers by state.

The ranking was based on an independent survey from a vast sample of 80,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 500 employees. Surveys were conducted from October 2020 to June 2021. Participants remained anonymous, allowing them to freely share their opinions.

The respondents were asked to rate their employers on a variety of criteria, including safety of work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunities for advancement and openness to telecommuting. Participants were also asked how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others.

The final list ranks the 1,328 employers that received the greatest number of recommendations in each of the 50 states, as well as the District of Columbia.
