People always assume, because I have six kids, that I have answers. I got answers, but they are not always what people want to hear! It’s not unusual for me to hear, “I have a question,” and I always respond, “I have an answer,” yet I’m going to be honest with you, sometimes all I have to offer is a nod and, “Bless your heart”

Bless your heart covers a wide range of emotions: empathy, sympathy, outrage, shock, humor, ridicule and outright disgust! Then I listen. Listen without judgment and an open heart, most people already know the right answer, they just want to be heard, and if they don’t, then they want support trying to find the answer.

So, you got a question? I got an answer. I’m here to listen and help, if  those six kids have taught me anything it’s to keep moving forward, and bless your heart, if you can’t tell your grandkids about it someday, then maybe it’s best to not do it!
