The PTP (Prison To Purpose) Step Into Purpose 5K takes off at 8:30 a.m. at McKnight Park East, 700 US 287 North. Expect family-friendly music, giveaways and refreshments. Runner swag bag pick up days will be 3-6 p.m. Oct. 16 and Oct. 17 at McKnight Park East. Cost is $35 until Aug. 31. Register here.
