November 21

A gray 2025 Kia Sol was damaged in criminal mischief in the 2200 block of Lannister Street, totaling $1,500 in loss.

A black 2022 Ram 1500 was damaged in criminal mischief in the 1400 block of US 287, totaling $300 in loss.

Three Amazon packages were reported stolen in the 1600 block of Hastings Drive, totaling $83.66 in loss.

Steve Stone was arrested for theft in the 2800 block of Chesterwood Court.

Michael Buddy White was arrested for theft in the 1800 block of Buckeye Lane.

Aubrey Joanne Pharris was arrested for no valid ID in the 1500 block of East Broad Street.

November 22

Cesar Alejandro Guerrero was arrested for public intoxication in the 1100 block of US 287.

John Angel Paz and Jose Miguel Nevarez were arrested for discharging a firearm in the city limits in the 800 block of South Holland Road.

Christopher Scott Washburn was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 100 block of US 287.

Yamilet Martinez was arrested for public intoxication in the 700 block of West Broad Street.

Lance Domonic Robinson was arrested for theft with two or more previous convictions in the 3000 block of Lee Street.

November 23

Malik Kenyetta Barnes was arrested for driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container in the 4500 block of East Broad Street.

Gunnar Allen Jones was arrested for theft in the 300 block of West Belknap Street.

Pets were reported stolen in the 2900 block of Shires Drive, totaling $800 in loss.

Makeup was reported stolen in the 100 block of US 287, totaling $211 in loss.

Terroristic threat was reported in the 400 block of Texas 360.

November 24

Lance Domonic Robinson was arrested for theft with two or more previous convictions in the 2800 block of Stuart Street.

Two scooters were reported stolen in the 2000 block of US 287, totaling $1,999.98 in loss.

Garrett Dale Morgan was arrested for theft in the 100 block of North Woodrow Lane.

Joseph Karrah Bryant was arrested for failure to identify/giving false information in the 1300 block of East Dallas Street.

Two golf carts were stolen and recovered and a sectional garage door was damaged in the 1100 block of Country Club Drive, totaling $2,500 in loss.

Money was reported stolen in the 1600 block of East Broad Street, totaling $1,000 in loss.

Courtland Paul Teague was arrested for theft in the 1100 block of West Main Street.

Jalen Mathew Byrd was arrested for fleeing a police officer in the 1600 block of Prescott Drive.

November 25

Leah Kay Moore was arrested for no driver’s license in the 1600 block of US 287.

Kenneth Wayne Black was arrested for driving while intoxicated – third or more in the 300 block of West Belknap Street.

Armando Deleon Saenz was arrested for assault in the 300 block of West Belknap Street.

Liliana Yanez Rodriguez was arrested for silent abusive call and false report inducing emergency response in the 700 block of North Main Street.

Jose A. Ramirez Bugarin was arrested for no driver’s license in the 1100 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Dustin Colby Koerner was arrested for theft in the 100 block of Magnolia Street.

James Robert Cluley was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and criminal trespass in the 2000 block of Matlock Road.
