The HIM Food Bank invites the community to Fill The Bowls, the annual fundraiser dedicated to ensuring no bowls go empty in our neighborhoods. The event will take place from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, at Anchora Event Center, 403 E. Broad St.
Guests will enjoy an evening of gourmet tastings prepared by local chefs, live music and a silent auction. Each attendee will take home a unique, handcrafted bowl made by local high school students from Mansfield High School, Seguin High School and Venus High School — reminders of the impact we can make when we come together.
Proceeds from Fill The Bowls support HIM Food Bank’s mission of fighting hunger and providing healthy grocery options to students and families in need. Every ticket purchased helps nourish hope and strengthen our community.
Tickets and sponsorships are available now at www.himcenter.org/fillthebowls. Tickets are $30-$50.
