September 19

Miscellaneous groceries were stolen and recovered in the 3100 block of East Broad Street.

Assorted groceries were stolen and recovered in the 3300 block of East Broad Street.

A Uniweld blow torch and tools were reported stolen in the 300 block of Texas 360, totaling $1,200 in loss.

September 20

Tires and rims were reported stolen and a silver 2023 Toyota Corolla was damaged in the 3200 block of Matlock Road, totaling $1,000 in loss.

Ryobi lawn tools were reported stolen in the 1700 block of McGarry Lane, totaling $329 in loss.

Stephen Edward Fox was arrested for theft in the 1100 block of East Kilpatrick Street.

A Texas driver’s license was reported stolen in the 2800 block of Matlock Road, totaling $11 in loss.

Consumable goods were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

September 21

A Simpson pressure washer was reported stolen in the 1500 block of FM 157, totaling $419.99 in loss.

Luis Manuel Reyes Morales was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 700 block of US 287.

Merchandise was stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Joaquin Desiderio Trejo was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 600 block of Heritage Parkway.

September 22

Oscar Ivan Lara was arrested for a parole violation in the 1500 block of Heritage Parkway.

Gregory Alan Williams was arrested for manual delivery of a controlled substance in the 3100 block of East Broad Street.

Assault was reported in the 1600 block of Towne Crossing Boulevard.

Unlawful restraint was reported in the 1600 block of Towne Crossing Boulevard.

A DeWalt drill, DeWalt reciprocating driver, DeWalt jigsaw, DeWalt tool boxes, DeWalt circular saw, DeWalt hammer drill, hammer drill bits, DeWalt oscillating tool, C clamps, duck bill clamps, DeWalt socket set, Klein hand tools, speed wrench, screw drivers and channel locks were reported stolen from a white 2023 Ram 5500 in the 1600 block of US 287, totaling $3,490 in loss.

September 23

Breshay Shacole Mathis was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument in the 2000 block of East Jackson Road.

Caden Bryce Walters was arrested for evading arrest in the 6800 block of FM 2738.

Steve Antonio Vincent was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1500 block of FM 157.

Destiny Kenyanna Hall was arrested for no valid driver’s license in the 1000 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Hilary Shae Mosley was arrested for failure to identify in the 5700 block of East Loop 820.

Eric Michael Parkhurst was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle in the 5700 block of East Loop 820.

Felix Angel Salas was arrested for smuggling people in the 200 block of South Waxahachie Street.

Tracy Marie Haydin was arrested for public intoxication in the 100 block of North Main Street.

Alejandro Juarez Cabrera was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 3000 block of Gertie Barrett Road.

Stacy Evette Nesby was arrested for assault in the 2300 block of Matlock Road.

Gumaro Juarez was arrested for public intoxication in the 3000 block of Gertie Barrett Road.

Aggravated assault with a knife was reported in the 700 block of North Main Street.

September 25

Robert Austin Lopez was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 1100 block of Glen Creek Drive.
