Two windows and building materials were damaged during a burglary in the 1700 block of 1200 US 287, totaling $3,000 in loss.

March 9

Adrianne Dominique Anderson was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 1200 block of Chapel Hill Drive.

Merchandise was stolen and recovered in the 3100 block of East Broad Street.

Clothes and household goods were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of Walnut Creek Drive.

Two computers were reported stolen in the 1900 block of Bent Creek Way, totaling $500 in loss.

Two pairs of Nike shoes were reported stolen in the 1700 block of East Broad Street, totaling $169.98 in loss.

Consumable goods were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Joshua Isaiah Chavez was arrested for fraudulently removing/destroying a price tag in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

March 10

A Rigid compact camera, Rigid scout locator and Rigid Pro Press were reported stolen in the 1900 block of US 287, totaling $14,200 in loss.

Electronic devices and razors were seized in organized retail theft in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Assault was reported in the 1700 block of US 287.

Courtney Nicole Bayer was arrested for organized retail theft in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Casey Dwayne Newland was arrested for organized retail theft, failure to identify a fugitive and possession of a controlled substance in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Angelika Ortega was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 300 block of East Debbie Lane.

Miguel Ruben Pena was arrested for fraudulently destroying/removing price tags in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Dawn Marie Hand was arrested for public intoxication in the 1200 block of South Main Street.

Jose Luis Rubio Hernandez was arrested for driving while intoxicated – second offense in the 2800 block of FM 917.

Justin Marlin Baker was arrested for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information in the 1600 block of Heritage Parkway.

Faith Judea Damaria Jones was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2500 block of Heritage Parkway.

Michelle Leanne Pedraza was arrested for theft of property in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.
