Raymond Murray "Buck" Griffin, 68, of Burleson, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 11, 2022, in Burleson. He was born on Feb. 23, 1954, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Dorman and Nyda (Murray) Griffin. Raymond retired from Bell Helicopter, where he worked as a machine parts inspector. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors, spending time with family, barbecuing meats and cooking a big breakfast. Raymond worked hard for his family, he played hard as well. He was always ready for an adventure.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 49 years, Janice Griffin; son, Chris Griffin; daughters, Julie Prunty and husband Brent and Lesley Glover and husband Cary; grandchildren Savannah and Rylan Griffin, Sam and Clay Prunty and Garrett Glover; siblings, Westbrook Griffin, Paulla Griffin, Sheila Fletcher and husband Jim, Karin McCormick and husband Robert and Joe Griffin and wife Deana; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Raymond's name to the American Cancer Society.
