Obituary: Kevin Hughes

Kevin Hughes, 45, of Crowley, passed away Monday, July 25, 2022. Kevin was born in Fort Worth, Texas, on Dec. 12, 1976, to Carla Gartman and Tommy Hughes. He furthered his education by receiving his general education degree, and was known as a “Jack of all trades” when it came to repairing things. Kevin had a very creative mind and had a passion for drawing and woodwork. He was full of life and never met a stranger. He loved motorcycles, music, hunting and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all.

Kevin is preceded in death by his grandparents; he is survived by his father, Tommy Hughes (Peggy), and Carla Gartman (C.C); children, Cole Hughes, Caleb Hornbeck, Ashlyn Hughes and Elaina Hughes; grandchildren Benjamin Hornbeck and Martin James Hughes; sister Melissa Brock; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
