With a great school district and robust healthcare presence, Tien Pham knew that Mansfield was a perfect place for his newest Nothing Bundt Cakes.

“With school-aged children, we know how important it is to be in a community that supports its school system and raising strong families,” explained Pham. “In addition, my wife is a pharmacist and we appreciate great healthcare. We believe Nothing Bundt Cakes can contribute and give back to this community while supporting all of life’s celebrations, big and small.”

With his first bakery in Arlington and two subsequent openings in Dallas’ White Rock area and Lake Murray, South Carolina, Pham is firmly footed in the way that Nothing Bundt Cakes engages in and builds relationships within its communities.

“Operating the bakery on Cooper in Arlington, I have received many requests to open in Mansfield, and my family and I are excited about serving this growing and vibrant community.”

The bakery opened its doors April 1 at 3141 E. Broad Street, Suite 115 and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The bakery will celebrate its grand opening events later this month.

April 25-28 will be Appreciation Days when the bakery will recognize some of the amazing people in the community with 20 percent off cake purchases.

April 29 will be Mansfield Cares Benefit Day with 20 percent of sales donated to Mansfield Cares, an organization dedicated to raising funds for local charities and non-profit organizations that serve and support our neighbors in Mansfield.

On April 30, enjoy a free Confetti Bundtlet while supplies last!
