Museum puts quilts on display

The Mansfield Historical Museum & Heritage Center spreads out with “The Thread That Binds – A History of Quilts in Texas.”

The special exhibit features handmade quilts from the 19th and 20th centuries, and will be on display through April 1.

Admission is free.

The museum is at 102 N. Main St. Hours of operation are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.
