January 5

Two locks were damaged and a ladder was stolen in the 700 block of West Debbie Lane, totaling $100 in loss.

January 7

Victor Anthony Gonzalez was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 3300 block of East Broad Street.

Cayleb Andrew Contreras was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 400 block of Morning Glory Lane.

Robert Raymond Hahn was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance in the 1600 block of US 287.

A black Volkswagen Tiguan was damaged in criminal mischief in the 1800 block of US 287, totaling $400 in damage.

Merchandise was reported stolen in the 1800 block of US 287, totaling $719.97 in loss.

Household goods were reported stolen in the 1500 block of US 287, totaling $449.99 in loss.

Barber equipment, computer hardware/software and a green 2020 Chevrolet Zl1 were reported stolen in the 900 block of US 287, totaling $112,318 in loss.

Two packages of condoms were reported stolen in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive, totaling $27.45 in loss.

Lawn and garden equipment was stolen and recovered in the 1700 block of US 287.

January 8

A catalytic converter was reported stolen and a brown 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander was damaged in the 1800 block of Cannon Drive, totaling $1,500 in loss.

Vehicle parts were reported stolen from a gray 2020 Toyota Tacoma in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive, $500 in loss.

Jeron Cook was arrested for burglary of a habitation in the 700 block of North Main Street.

January 9

Kevin Wayne Kalanakil Hingano was arrested for probation violation in the 1600 block of FM 157.

Cayla Jane Lawson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 1600 block of FM 157.

Money was reported stolen and vehicle parts were damaged on a white 2012 Ford F350 in the 2000 block of Cains Lane, totaling $1,050 in loss.

Tools, a leaf blower, Worx power tool saw, jaw saw and Worx electric string trimmer were reported stolen in the 2400 block of US 287, totaling $445 in loss.

Fifteen 2022 Dodge Chargers were stolen and recovered in the 100 block of Center Drive.

Disorderly conduct/fighting was reported in the 1000 block of Breezy Oaks Drive.

A black GMC Yukon was reported stolen in the 4400 block of Ashbury Lane, totaling $75,000 in loss.

Chantell Lashay White Porter was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 1700 block of Brittany Lane.

January 10

Bradley Ryan Wilson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 2000 block of FM 1187.

Awut Simon Lual was arrested for assault in the 600 block of West Division Street.

Consumable goods were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Jaden Damarius Harvey was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 300 block of Texas 360.

January 11

Jason Lamar Evans was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 1700 block of US 287.

Consumable goods were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Assault was reported in the 700 block of North Holland Road.

January 12

Darrshaun Jones was arrested for theft in the 3300 block of East Broad Street.

Timothy Leroy Ballard was arrested on a warrant in the 3700 block of East Broad Street.

Two auto batteries were reported stolen from a black 2018 Ram 2500 in the 300 block of Van Worth Street, totaling $500 in loss.

An Earthquake log splitter was reported stolen in the 100 block of Woodland Court, totaling $453 in loss.

Assault was reported in the 600 block of Arbor Glen Court.

January 13

Yixuan Xie was arrested for fraud/destroying/removal/concealment in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Christopher Aaron Wilson was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 3000 block of US 287.

January 14

Ladarion Dion Gentry was arrested for public intoxication in the 2800 block of Barrington Way.

Darrell Daunte McDonald was arrested for evading arrest in the 1500 block of East Broad Street.

Jacob Lee Stevens was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 800 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Frank Clifford Ivens was arrested for shoplifting in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.
