December 9

American Airlines travel points were reported stolen in the 200 block of Meadowside Drive, totaling $2,360 in loss.

Household goods were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Collectibles and a toy pistol were reported stolen and a vending machine was damaged in the 800 block of North Main Street, totaling $45,020 in loss.

A HP laptop, Canon photo equipment and Apple ear buds were reported stolen from a gray 2012 Dodge Ram in the 2000 block of US 287, totaling $1,150 in loss.

Cash was reported stolen in the 3000 block of Matlock Road, totaling $1,004.19 in loss.

December 10

Cesar Alvarez was arrested for public intoxication in the 100 block of Pond Street.

Gilberto Reza Becerra was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 2300 block of US 287.

LaShundra Nicole Gardner was arrested for driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container in the 1400 block of US 287.

Richard Charles Casteel was arrested for assault in the 1600 block of Heritage Parkway.

Miscellaneous items were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Symba Eliza Denmark was arrested for shoplifting in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Deshay Leparis Matiella was arrested for shoplifting in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Rosemary Hernandez was arrested for shoplifting in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Vehicle parts were reported stolen from a yellow Caterpillar bulldozer in the 1300 block of US 287, totaling $1,300 in loss.

Dekryian Minter was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 1600 block of Heritage Parkway.

A front passenger window was damaged and a purse was stolen from a black 2011 Mercedes in the 1600 block of Matlock Road, totaling $180 in loss.

A Sam’s credit card, Elan credit card, TJ Maxx Mastercard, Belk Mastercard and Kohl’s credit card were reported stolen in the 1700 block of FM 157, totaling $2,750 in loss.

Merchandise and two Microsoft software programs were reported stolen in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive, totaling $1,082.68 in loss.

Six Scotty Cameron golf putters were reported stolen in the 3700 block of National Parkway, totaling $2,700 in loss.

December 16

Heavy construction equipment was reported stolen in the 300 block of Smith Street, totaling $750 in loss.

Nathan James Newlin was arrested for terroristic threat in the 3000 block of East Broad Street.

Nicolas David Luebano and Kristopher Luebano were arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 1600 block of Heritage Parkway.
