October 15

Mail theft was reported in the 300 block of Texas 360, totaling $60 in loss.

Credit card abuse was reported in the 1700 block of US 287.

October 16

A black 2021 Dodge Charger was damaged in criminal mischief in the 800 block of Matlock Road, totaling $99 in loss.

A KitchenAid and Legos were reported stolen in the 1800 block of US 287, totaling $1,499 in loss.

A Motorola 6000, two Streamlights, Sightmakr red dot optic, two Glock 17 pistol magazines, a Webteck AR-15 and 34 9mm Luger Speer ammunition were reported stolen in the 700 block of North Main Street, totaling $1,822 in loss.

A Safety 1st car seat was reported stolen in the 1600 block of East Debbie Lane, totaling $179.99 in loss.

Jenny Leigh Sutton was arrested for public intoxication in the 1500 block of East Broad Street.

Dawn Marie Hand was arrested for public intoxication in the 600 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

October 17

Identity theft was reported in the 1100 block of St. Ann Drive.

The front passenger window of a red 2017 Volkswagen Passat was damaged in the 1500 block of East Debbie Lane, totaling $230 in loss.

The front passenger window of a white 2021 Honda Civic was damaged in the 1500 block of East Debbie Lane, totaling $300 in loss.

October 18

Arturo de la Riva Ibarra was arrested for duty on striking an unattended vehicle in the 2400 block of Gertie Barrett Road.

Latisha Renee Manda was arrested for public intoxication in the 1000 block of US 287.

Identity theft was reported in the 1100 block of South Mitchell Road.

Isabel Alejandra Walsh was arrested for theft in the 300 block of West Belknap Street.

Stacy Marell Bond was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 5100 block of Crestwater Drive.

October 19

Shannon Janae Jordan was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 1200 block of FM 1187.

Colton Randell Newton was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 600 block of US 287.

Elijah Lamont Gregory was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of Rocky Creek Drive.

A Benell firearm, 223 AR-15 firearm, Kimber 45 firearm, 9mm Glock, jewelry, Gucci duffle, Louboutin duffle, Louboutin purse, identity documents, safe and money were reported stolen in the 1200 block of Dover Heights Trail, totaling $21,700 in loss.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 1600 block of East Debbie Lane, totaling $6,000 in loss.

Blanca Azucena Fuentes Arechar was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 2200 block of East Broad Street.

October 20

Steven Daniel Murchison was arrested for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information in the 1700 block of US 287.

A 2008 Toyota Camry was reported stolen in the 1000 block of East Dallas Street, totaling $3,290 in loss.

October 21

David Anthony Elam was arrested for public intoxication in the 1700 block of FM 157.

October 22

Jesse R. Murphy was arrested for driving while intoxicated – third or more offense – in the 1500 block of US 287.

Marcal Deondrea Weston was arrested for failure to identify a fugitive/give false information in the 3800 block of East Broad Street.

Bianca Benavides Anderson was arrested for assault causing family violence in the 700 block of Ascot Park Drive.
