Ty Garrett, 40, won the World Kickboxing Organisation championship last month in Barnsly, just outside of London, England.
Garrett, a 7th-degree blackbelt in kickboxing, has studied martial arts since age 7, the past 26 years under Troy Dorsey and one of his blackbelts, Mark Sturkie.
