Who likes cleaning?
It is frustrating because it does not matter how much you try, eventually the dust and dirt will return. But if we can make a game out of housework it becomes more fun!
Put on your favorite music while getting down to business in order to keep yourself energized. Splurge for some high-quality products that are easy-to-use so that work doesn't become tedious but instead enjoyable with less back pain.
Make a workout plan by trying new moves as part of picking up around the home; this way you'll have built an exercise routine right into your schedule without even realizing it - bonus points! And finally, get excited about what's waiting at the end: cleanliness throughout all rooms where everything is in its place.
