Coventry Homes recently unveiled two new model homes showcasing the floor plans, options and upgrades available to homebuyers in South Pointe.
The builder chose to highlight the single-story Bremond floor plan at 3203 Salt Grass Avenue in Mansfield. The 2,950-square-foot model features an open floor plan with spacious family room, study and generously sized kitchen.
Optional upgrades found in the model include the conversion of the game room to a media room, a Texas-sized patio with summer kitchen, a prep kitchen, a wine room and a fourth garage bay. Optional accordion doors open the family room to the patio for an enlarged entertainment space.
“The Bremond is a great floor plan for buyers in search of an elegant single-story home,” said Rudy Pospisil, division president for Coventry Homes. “One of the many special features is the inclusion of a game room — something you don’t see in a lot of single-story plans. By including the option to convert it to a media room, we’ve increased the versatility of the plan.”
Next door to the Bremond at 3205 Salt Grass Avenue is Coventry Homes’ second new model. The Lockhart II is the largest floor plan the builder offers in the community. The two-story design features a formal dining room, study, two-story ceiling in the family room, gourmet kitchen and a breakfast nook with a bow window.
The model also contains several upgrades, including the addition of a sixth bedroom, a bow window in the primary bedroom, a media room and a Texas-sized patio with an outdoor fireplace.
“The Lockhart II is one of our most popular floor plans,” Pospisil said. “Homebuyers love how bright and airy it is. The covered front porch adds an additional al fresco entertaining option. This floor plan includes a variety of upgrades, allowing homebuyers to make personal enhancements to an already sophisticated floor plan.”
The Bremond represents homes in the builder’s Village Series and the Lockhart II represents homes in the Manor Series. Coventry's designs in South Pointe range from 2,110 to 3,764 square feet and are priced from the $520,000s.
South Pointe is 30 minutes from Dallas via US 287 and Highway 360. Residents enjoy access to a clubhouse and pool. Trails and diverse open areas also keep residents active. Children are zoned to highly regarded schools in either Mansfield ISD or Midlothian ISD.
