On April 19-21, Assisting Hands Home Care of Mansfield attended their national conference and awards banquet of franchise owners. The weekend-long event took place in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Out of 111 franchise offices spanning 26 states, including Canada, our local Assisting Hands Home Care Office in Mansfield won more branch awards than any other agency in the organization.
Assisting Hands Home Care of Mansfield serves individuals in Ellis, Johnson, Tarrant and Dallas Counties whose desire is to stay safe and secure at home longer while they age in place. Their services include, but are not limited to: cooking/meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, medication reminders, assistance with toileting and showers and help getting in and out of chairs and bed. They are able to serve individuals through long-term care insurance, certain Medicare Advantage plans and they specialize in personalized care specific to our veterans through the VA. In case an individual prefers to utilize private funds, they can also serve individuals through private pay.

Mansfield, Texas, is a booming city, nestled between Fort Worth and Dallas, but with a personality all its own. The city’s 76,247 citizens enjoy an award-winning school district, vibrant economy, historic downtown, prize-winning park system and community focus spread across 37 square miles. The Mansfield Record is dedicated to reporting city and school news, community happenings, police and fire news, business, food and restaurants, parks and recreation, library, historical archives and special events. The city’s only online newspaper launched in September 2020 and will offer introductory advertising rates for the first three months at three different rates.
The Mansfield Record is the only local newspaper serving Mansfield, Texas. Established in 2020, the Mansfield Record is bringing the focus back where it should be.
